MODERN LIFESTYLES CAN SERIOUSLY ENDANGER OUR HEALTH
Modern lifestyles has various advantages, though there are some bad points too. It all depends on how face these new update to our daily life.
One of the main advantages of the modern lifestyle is the fact that you have all things in few minutes. For example, the food that we eat every day, we do not need to arrive to our house and cook it, simply we must choose a restaurant or a fast food and order whatever. What is more, new technology help us to perform tasks in the shortest possible time. This make that, in some cases, we can plan for our convenience when you want to finish or start something.
However, there are disadvantages in this times. In the first place, the excessive intake of food to our body that threatens our health. Such as, the result can be the overweight leading to heart attacks and increased body weight. What is more, we have a very sedentary way of life with less time for activities which keep up fit. For example, at work most people spend long hours sitting in front of computers or watching television.
All things considered, I can be sure that if we do not do something to avoid this problem, the new lifestyles can hazard our salubrity.
